Carillon Beach is a special place, and the developers are committed to turning it into a memorable village by the sea.  It has been designed as a place where people could gather with their neighbors and not have to be dependent upon the automobile.

Every house and cottage has been designed specifically for its owner to fit the site upon which it is located while blending with the coastal architecture and urban planning traditions of the past century.
The Meeting House, which was featured in the movie "Truman," acts as the town hall, recital auditorium, theatre and lecture hall. This is also used for weddings, by Carillon Weddings.
The Beach Club has a pool by the beach, and pavilions for gathering, playing cards, or simply contemplating.
