Beachside Gardens, Map# H1. This
house is directly on the beach and is decorated in a "beachy"
theme with pictures of the old "Hang Out" in Panama City
Beach. Hangin' Out is a 3 story home. On the first floor there is a
single car garage and a "Mother-In-Law Suite." The Suite
features a Queen bed, a sitting room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a TV with
a DVD/VHS player, a private bath, access to the beach, and a 4 person
elevator that goes to the 2nd and 3rd level. On the 2nd floor is the
commons areas: Living Room (with a Queen Sleeper), Dining, and Kitchen.
There is also a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a bunk bed (2 Twins),
this bedroom shares a full bath with the common areas. On the third floor
is three bedrooms: Master with a King and private bath; a guest bedroom
with a Queen and a Twin daybed; a guest bedroom with a bunk bed (2 Twins);
the two guest bedrooms share a bath room located in the hallway. There are two large porches directly on the gulf and a
private dune
walkover to take you there. There are also two porches on the street
side. Two grills are provided - one gas and one charcoal. An
elevator is available for moving luggage and groceries between floors.
