This newly remodeled home sits centrally located with all of Carillon's amenities at your fingertips! ! !  When you enter the first floor you will find a spare bedroom to the right with a Queen; directly in front of you from the front door, down a short hallway, is a full bathroom to the left and a bunk room to the right.  On the second floor is the a fully equipped kitchen with a bar for extra seating; there is a dining room table that folds out to seat 6 people; the living room is fully equipped with a very large screen HDTV.  Off the living room is a large "L-Shape" balcony that has plenty of comfy seating space and great views of Carillon.  The entire 3rd floor is the master suite including a King bed that sits on an upper level, flat screen TV, sitting area, vanity area, beautiful vaulted ceiling, and a gorgeous full bath. The house has a satellite radio entertainment system that can be heard from the gazebo, both porches, Living Room, Kitchen, and Master Suite.  You can also enjoy the convenience of fast access wireless internet from anywhere in the house and the gazebo!  You can hear the bells playing periodically throughout the day from the Carillon Bell Tower.  The Beach Club Pool, Meeting House (Chapel), Downtown Carillon, Promenade, Lake Carillon and the Beach is all within a minute walk.  Bell View Park (which includes the Tennis Courts, Playground, Basketball Court, Adult West Pool and Children's pool) is only a 3 minute walk.
