With a prime location inside the Carillon gate, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.5-bath home sits 10yards from the dune walkover to the Gulf and within walking distance to the East Pool.  Just inside our white picket fenced yard is a charming gazebo, fully equipped with rocking chairs, ceiling fan and speaker surround sound.  A few steps closer to the house is a bricked patio with cushioned chaise lounge chairs and tropical landscaped scenery. Upon entering through the front door you will find a state of the art gourmet kitchen fully equipped with all essentials.  Also on the main level is our comfortable living room with pull out couch, large color tv/vcr and stereo system.  A spiral staircase leads you to the second floor with a deck that runs the length of the house providing beautiful Carillon views.  Each bedroom has a Queen bed and is decorated in a cozy elegant feel.  Each has plenty of storage/shelving space and their own tv/vcr units. The contemporary bathroom has a large walk in shower.  There is also a fabulous outdoor shower on the back side of the house off the half bathroom, which is completely private and has hot water.  Some of our amenities include: Washer/dryer, microwave, all kitchen utensils, linens, an outdoor grill and much more.
