The second floor is the main floor including the living room, dining, kitchen, gulf front balcony, half bath, a guest bedroom with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a Twin daybed. The main floor guest bedroom can be used as an extra living area or a bedroom; it also has a private full bath and a large balcony. The third floor has 3 bedrooms including the master with a King, the 2nd guest bedroom with Queen and the 3rd guest bedroom has a Queen and a Twin Daybed. The guest bedrooms on the third floor share a large bathroom and a large balcony. The master has a beautiful bathroom that includes a garden tub, standup shower and has spectacular views of the gulf from inside the bathroom! The expanse of entertaining space and picturesque gulf front views make this home a perfect place for a Carillon family vacation! This home has a great central location that makes it close to the Beach Club Pool, Lake Carillon, Downtown Carillon, and an easy walk to anywhere else in Carillon!

Starting April 12 this home will sleep 12. The sleeper sofa will be moved to the living room and replaced with a Queen bed. (The main floor bedroom will have a Queen and twin and the living room will have a Queen sleeper sofa.)
