Miracle Strip Amusement Park is now set to re-open

One of Panama City Beach's greatest past times, Miracle Strip Amusement Park , is now set to reopen at Pier Park over the weekend of March 5th. Four years ago Miracle Strip closed it's location off Front Beach after nearly 50 years of service, and it is now set to reopen this weekend in the green space of Pier Park located across from the Grand Theatre. Many of the original rides will be resurrected for years to come.

We are happy to announce that Castaways - Sports Grille & Pizzeria will be opening in downtown Carillon. They will be having a soft opening in mid-February with a planned grand opening by March 1st. There will be 12 - 14 HD flat-screen TVs with patio & pier seating on Lake Carillon. Events will include trivia, karaoke, live music, etc and the food will include: burgers, wings, sandwiches, pizza and much more. Delivery within Carillon and Pinnacle Port.

Southwest Announces Four Destination Cities

Southwest Airlines announced its four destination cities to and from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, along with special introductory rates. The four cities are: Houston, Texas; Nashville, Tenn; Baltimore, MD; and Orlando, FL. Service will begin May 23, 2010.
